Thank you for your interest in attending the Mid West Economic and Resources Summit 2011.

Delegates have the option to register and pay online (credit card payment required) or register online and pay manually (tax invoice issued and payment via direct deposit or cheque).

Registration Confirmation

If you register online, you will receive an on screen confirmation after you complete the registration process (be sure to print the confirmation screen before exiting the site).

If you provide a valid email address, you will receive an email confirmation and tax receipt as well. If you register manually, MWCCI will issue you a tax invoice and payment details.

Cancellations and refunds

All changes and cancellations must be made via email to events@marketcreations.com.au.

No changes or cancellations will be accepted verbally or by fax. A full refund will be made for cancellations received in writing up to COB Friday, August 19. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge if the conference organisers are notified via email by COB Monday, August 22.

All prices quoted include GST. The conference organisers reserve the right to charge delegates for the correct amount where the wrong amount of money has been provided.

At all times, delegates and their guests are responsible for their own conduct, actions and consequences.

Privacy

MWCCI reserves the right to use your personal information to allow sponsors to send you marketing communications. Where MWCCI discloses your personal information to its sponsors for these purposes, the sponsor in question will be obligated to use that personal information in accordance with the terms of sponsor agreements.

Do not press the back button as your information will be lost and you will need to start over - an opportunity to edit what has been entered is provided on the registration summary page before proceeding to payment.
